The Tamarindo school is situated in the heart of Playa Tamarindo,
Costa Rica, where rainforests surround the school grounds and
where everything in town— including the beach—is
just a few minutes walk away. In this unique location, students
can enjoy observing local wildlife such as parrots, iguanas,
and other small animals. You may even hear howler monkeys off
in the distance!
In the true tradition of the tropics, Spanish classes are
held in open-air, palapa-style classrooms, which are perfect
for both small group and private language instruction. These
outdoor areas are also used for activities or as a place to
relax and visit with other students. In addition, the school
has a number of air-conditioned student residences on-site,
all with cable TV and high-speed wireless Internet connection.
