Location: The Pearl of the Swiss Riviera
Located on the edge of Lake Geneva in French-speaking Switzerland, Montreux benefits from a gentle, pleasant microclimate that gives it a Mediterranean feel and earns it the name of the “Pearl of the Swiss Riviera”. Walking along the banks, bordered by exotic trees, you will constantly be amazed by the breathtaking panorama before you. Between the mountains and the lake, the region offers a wide choice of sporting and cultural activities, like the Montreux Jazz Festival or the Christmas market, which have made this tourist spot famous.

School
Our language school is located in the center of Montreux, a stone’s throw from the main station and a 5-minute walk from Lake Geneva. This modern and welcoming centre has spacious, well-lit classrooms. A common room, which is equipped with computers and free internet access, gives our students the opportunity to work or relax. The course center has its own gymnasium, as well as a cafeteria where lunch is provided before departing for the afternoon activities.

Host families
Host families welcome our students in double rooms. In choosing a host family, you are opting for a home away from home and have the advantage of making contact with local people. Breakfasts and evening meals are shared with the host family and lunch is at the cafeteria in the course center.

The pleasure of learning
Our main aim is to develop students’ interest in learning the language and to reawaken their dormant knowledge. To achieve our goal, we first and foremost create a youthful and dynamic atmosphere in our lessons by selecting subjects that are truly motivating for the students. Particular emphasis is placed on communication and self-confidence. Reading, writing, speaking and listening are all tackled, and grammar points are studied in such a way that our students learn without feeling that they are studying in a formal manner.
