Business Spanish
An intensive program (maximum of 6 students per class) that deals with commercial business terminology and situations. This course prepares students for the Madrid Chamber of Commerce Exam.

DELE Preparation
The DELE (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera) is the only certificate for non-native speakers recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport. This diploma is of great international value for those who plan to attend a Spanish university or work in a Spanish-speaking environment.
The school offers group DELE preparation courses for the following levels: Certificado Inicial (CIE), and Diploma Básico (DBE). Individual classes can be arranged to prepare for Diploma Superior (DSE). The location and time of these courses are synchronized with the exam dates set by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport. Preparation is given by highly-qualified teachers in a relaxed and friendly environment, and this course boasts a high success rate for passing the exam.

Spanish & Hispanic Studies
This two-term program is intended for students who want to attain a high level of Spanish and learn about the civilization, history, and culture of Andalusia and Spain. Students completing the program may also prepare for the University Entrance Examinations for Overseas Students. Program graduates will attain a near-native level of fluency in Spanish and will develop a deeper understanding of Spain and the Spaniards—all great assets to your resume!

"Selectividad" Preparation
(Spanish University Entrance Exams)

This course is specifically designed to prepare overseas students for entrance examinations at Spanish universities. The school focuses on the requirements of the exam to prepare you for the Humanities "Selectividad".

Summer Program (For Young Adults)
This course combines Spanish training with cultural, social and sports activities, for young people 16 years and older. The teaching method is fundamentally the same as the intensive courses, but the material has been condensed to fit the shorter length.
The special activities program includes such activities as beach volleyball, table-tennis, walking tours of the historic center, cooking lessons, visits to water fun-parks and more.

Spanish for 50+
This course is designed for students over the age of 50 and focuses on how to navigate everyday situations such as going to the supermarket, ordering at a restaurant, and asking directions. The course also includes many activities such as cooking demonstrations and visits to the central market where you have an opportunity to practice what you’ve learned in class.
More advanced students also participate in discussions about Spanish politics, culture, and history.

Spanish & Dance
Andalusia is the cradle of flamenco and one of its most popular forms is the sevillana. The school offers a two-week intensive Spanish course with two daily lessons of either salsa or sevillana. This course is open to all and can be combined into a four-week course for those who would like to learn both forms of dance.

Spanish & Cooking
This course is a must for those interested in food and cooking in a Spanish context. The course begins with an intensive Spanish class, followed by cooking lessons and related activities, and then finishes with a sumptuous lunch at the famous La Consula catering school.

Spanish for Academic Purposes
This 4-week course is designed specifically for students who are planning to study in Spain at the university level but is also suitable for those who simply want a highly advanced language class with an academic emphasis. The course gives you the proper tools to participate successfully in an academic environment.
The skills you will learn include: note-taking, writing with precision, composing text from notes, participating in tutorials, stating and arguing points of view, essay composition, dictionary skills, reading quickly and skimming text for basic meaning, and accessing the Internet in Spanish.

Teachers of Spanish as a Foreign Language
These are 2-week "refresher" courses for practicing Spanish teachers. The teacher trainers have designed this highly practical program based on the substantial teaching experience acquired over the school's 30-year history. To enroll, you may be a native or non-native speaker, but must be a current teacher of Spanish.
The course typically covers such topics as using role plays, ice breakers, pair work, games, music, poetry, radio and television in the classroom; exploration of written texts; and tests and evaluations. You will also learn about useful vocabulary-building techniques, homework and projects outside the classroom, and advanced language work for non-native speakers. For native speakers, there is a special emphasis on using cultural heritage as a teaching tool. The school requests that prior to enrollment, you provide them with your personal interests and objectives so that they may adapt the curriculum to your particular needs.
