DELE Preparation
The DELE (Diploma de Espanol como Lengua Extranjera)
is the only certificate for non-native speakers
recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Education,
Culture and Sport. This diploma is of great international
value for those who plan to attend a Spanish university
or work in a Spanish-speaking environment.
The school
offers DELE preparation courses for all three levels:
Certificado Inicial (CIE), Diploma Básico (DBE),
and Diploma Superior (DSE). The location and time
of these courses are synchronized with the exam
dates set by the Ministry of Education, Culture
and Sport. Preparation is given by highly-qualified
teachers in a relaxed and friendly environment,
and this course boasts a high success rate for passing
the exam.
Business
Spanish (Chamber of Commerce Exams)
This course is aimed at students and business professionals
who want to improve their general Spanish abilities
and who would also like to explore business topics
related to Spain or Hispanic culture.
As a
partner examination center of the Chamber of Commerce
of Madrid, the school organizes this course for
those seeking to take the Chamber of Commerce exam
in order to achieve the following official diplomas:
Certificado Básico de Español de los
Negocios, Certificado Superior de Español
de los Negocios, Diploma de Español de los
Negocios.
The program consists of 25 lessons per week (in
blocks of either 2 or 4 weeks). Course materials
include newspaper articles, interviews, videos,
brochures, advertisements, logos, and business letters,
among others. This material is specially prepared
to give students a global view of the Spanish business
world with an additional aim of preparing them to
manage typical Spanish business and commercial vocabulary.
You will have the opportunity to study the following
specialized subjects:
Commercial relationships
Banks and banking
Business structure and financial management in Spain
Financial operations and EU financial institutions
Marketing and advertising
International trade

Spain and the European Union
We also arrange field trips to the Spanish Stock
Market and to the Chamber of Commerce accompanied

have already reached an intermediate level of Spanish,
and who can readily express themselves clearly and
easily in everyday situations.
Christmas
Spanish Course
Designed for those who want to improve their Spanish
during the holiday break, this course consists of
two weeks of intensive lessons (20 lessons per week).
The program also includes excursions and cultural
activities such as visits to typical Spanish Christmas
scenes, nativity exhibitions, and the Epiphany parade.
Since
the program is offered in an off-peak period, you
will find that museums and other sites of interest
are often less crowded than at other times of the
year. A variety of Christmas festivities allow a
full immersion in Spanish culture and the traditions
of the season.
Note: The school does not close for the holiday
season, but does observe December 25th, January
1st, and other local/special holidays. In all cases,
20 hours of classes a week are guaranteed.
